Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Apollo's Cleaners website or booking any services operated by Apollo's Cleaners ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Apollo's Cleaners provides premium residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific details, scope, and frequency of the cleaning services will be agreed upon during the consultation phase and outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All quotes and estimates provided through our website or over the phone are based on the information provided by the client. The final price may be adjusted if the condition of the property is significantly different from what was described or if additional services are requested upon arrival. We require access to the property at the scheduled time; failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee.
We value the time of our clients and our staff. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the scheduled service cost.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning unless a prior billing arrangement has been established (e.g., for commercial accounts). We accept various forms of payment as detailed on our invoices. Late payments may accrue interest or late fees as permitted by Florida law.
To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning process, we ask that clients:
Apollo's Cleaners is fully insured and bonded. While we treat every property with the utmost care and respect, accidents can occasionally occur. If any damage is caused by our team, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item, subject to the terms of our insurance policy. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from improper installation or wear and tear.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not entirely satisfied with our cleaning services, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will arrange for a team to return and re-clean the specific areas in question at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
